Kindra's Wedding Cake
Four square stacked cakes. 14, 12 and 8, 6 inches. This was my first time using my 2 inch pans...and I LOVE THEM!!! My cakes were almost 5 inches high!!! The cake was elevated and artificial flowers were arranged on the top and bottom. Pink ribbon and pearls edged the cake . This cake was a monster and took me a long time to try and create the sharp corners! Round cakes are so much quicker to frost.

Kindra's Shower Cake
Ok....I totally copied this cake from one of you talented ladies! The miracle about this cake is that it was cooled, icing made and decorated all in an hour and a half! No joke! This was sooooo last minute. I had to set the cooked cake in front of a fan just to get it cooled enough to frost! It was nuts! My cousin really loved it and refused to eat it until her fiance saw it!

Simple Wedding Cake With Swiss Dots
This is a 10" with an 8" on top separated with the Wilton globes. The cakes are iced in buttercream. This is the first time I used the all Crisco recipe (no butter) and I had a terrible time getting the frosting smooth. Not sure what I did wrong? Anyway, put Swiss dots and ribbon on the cakes.

Star Wars
A 9' with an 8' on top! The flames were made of colorflow which never dried properly and broke into several pieces. The fighting Jedi were also made of colorflow and to keep them from breaking I left the wax paper on the back! Thank goodness this was for my son Luke . He liked it and that was good enough for me!

Daisy Wedding Cake
This was my first paid wedding cake. The groom who was an artist designed the cake and the colors. The cake came out beautiful until the drive when the 14" bottom round started jiggling around and the top slid about a 1/4 inch. I had to tip the cake in the other direction to try to straighten it out. I was such a stress ball! My hands were shaking soooooo bad it was hard to try to repair. I'll say it again...I HATE transporting cakes!
