This was a cake order for a lady my Mother works with. I didn't have a lot of direction, just that she likes Dunkin Donuts and bright colors. I hope she likes it. The donuts are fondant, frosting is rolled fondant with sprinkles piped on.
This was for my nephews 4th Birthday. He is completely addicted to anything Thomas related. He loved the cake, but I found the character pan complicated and not a lot of definition to follow. Not sure if I would do it again. Half sheet cake under the character layer, colored with green grass and a blue sky.

My mother LOVES Dunkin Donuts iced coffee and the beach. This was the best combination I could come up with.
This was another cake collaboration. The shoe is make from 2 lbs of solid white chocolate. It sits on a base made from another pound of solid white chocolate. We filled the sligthly hollowed interior of the shoe with buttercream and real mini roses. This was a Birthday cake for a co-worker.
