Anniversary cake 12,9, 6 inch tiers frosted with Italian Meringue Buttercream. Natural Tulips & Lilies of the Valley. I was rushing to get this cake iced and stacked so I didn't pay much attention to detail. Sorry for bad picture.
This is a 3 layer chocolate cake with a cheesecake middle layer filled and covered in chocolate raspberry ganache. It was delicious! Raspberries are from my garden!!!
Thanks aine2 for your tutorial videos and beautiful cake pictures that inspired me to do this cake. This was my very first attempt at using gumpaste and I have a lot to learn but I loved playing with this stuff! The cake is carrot with cream cheese frosting.
