Volcano
The volcano was baked in an oven safe bowl then placed on top of layered 1/4 sheet cakes. The top was cut off of a soda can, it was thoroughly cleaned & dried and inserted into the volcano. (I was *very* careful to make sure there were no metal shards or splinters on the can.) Dry ice was used to make the volcano "smoke". The dinos and trees are plastic.

Disney Princess Castle
When I received the DecoPac in the mail I was a little disappointed that the towers were not solid plastic pieces; however, it actually worked out well because I needed to trim the bottoms to fit the cake. I used the door plaque as a template for the windows. This was a fun cake to do!

Dora
The bottom is vanilla with raspberry BC filling. Dora is vanilla caramel pound cake. Vanilla BC with fondant accents. Just as I was getting ready to deliver the cake half of her hair and face slid off! Luckily I was able to reconstruct and this is the end result. Thanks for the great idea Nicole!

Shower
This is the first time I've used fondant (Satin Ice) and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. The parents-to-be loved it so that was the important thing. Both cakes, icing & fillings were made from scratch. Bottom layer was chocolate fudge with hazelnut buttercream filling. Top layer was white chocolate with raspberry buttercream filling.

I did a lot of research here before I attempted this cake. Thanks to everyone who submitted their fire truck photos! This is the first time I have worked with fondant & I love it! The firetruck is chocolate & vanilla cake, buttercream icing with fondant accents. The house is rice krispie treats with royal icing, buttercream, & cookie accents. Fire hydrant is fondant. I put dry ice behind the house and when the candles were lit we added hot water to it to make "smoke" come out of the windows and door.
