This was an experiment with FBCT - amazing what can make a kid happy :)
Basic yellow half sheet w/ bc. Pic makes the diploma look like a rawhide chew - but it looked very nice on the cake :). Choc. dipped strawberries and confetti in corner for 17 y.o. who enjoyed it greatly.
This was the cake for the first wedding held at a new winery in our area. Basic fondant with choc. b/c underneath, from bottom to top, yellow pound, dk. choc. pound and white pound. Now shown was the 1/4 sheet for the groom who wanted red velvet :)
This is the top view of the present cake done for 18th birthday. Lots of chocolate - lots of weird colors (matched colors in napkins/plates).
Only shot I got of this cake while in progress. Does a good job of showing the wild color scheme used for this 18 year old's party. The order was for white cake with chocolate icing. All decorations are white chocolate colored/dark chocolate fondant with choc. bc underneath :)
