Grandson's 6Th Birthday Cake
I made this for my grandson's 6th birthday. He is a BIG Star Wars fan! He was so surprised and loved the cake. I must give credit to Sharoo for the design. My interpretation is a little different in that I used red/orange for the lettering and added silver to the death star which was made from RKT. Again, thanks Sharoo. TFL

U.s.s. Matrimony
This is a bridal shower cake. The couple is going on a cruise for their honeymoon. The lady who ordered the cake just ask me to tie the cake into that theme. This is what I came up with. The cake is chocolate (made using the WASC recipe) with raspberry filling. That is by far my most requested cake combination. TFL

Monger Wedding
12" - WASC w/raspberry mousse, 10" - yellow w/chocolate-espresso ganache, 8" - Grand Marnier w/vanilla custard. All tiers covered and deocrated with MMF. I'm not at all pleased with this cake. I had a terrible time with the MMF and the cutouts were a nightmare to get to hold their shape. I'm not sure I'll use MMF again. TFL

Army Retirement Cake
This is the cake I did for my husband's party for his retirement from the Army after 35 years of service. WASC cake with raspberry filling and french vanilla buttercream. The Army logo and flag are fondant. I got the idea from a fellow CCer, but I can't remember who it was. If you recognize your design, thanks! TFL Sandra

Samantha's 21St Birthday Present
I made this for the daughter of a lady I used to work with. She picked the design from a website. The one she saw had a "loopy" bow, but I like this type better. The cake was pound cake with buttercream filling covered in buttercream then fondant with a gumpaste bow and ribbon. Thanks to ckkerber for the recipe. It was the chocolate chip pound cake recipe from the Whimsical Bakehouse (minus the chips) and it was delish!! Samantha loved it! Thanks for looking! Sandra
