Course 3 Final Cake

this is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing and filled with chocolate fudge... My husband and I just celebrated our 10th annaversary on the 4th of July and with class being on the 5th we decided to use this as our annaversary cake... it was a great hit with our children and grandkids.

Mom's 75Th Birthday

We had a huge party for Moms 75th birthday. I was elected to make sure we had enough birthday cake. However... the chocolate cake went faster than the white cakes. It was such a special gift for mom that all 5 of her children was in the same building together for the first time in 22 years. What a wonderful day it was...

Race Day

All the decorations on this cake was made with royal icing and color flow. I really had a great time being creative. I am still learning... this was for a friends son in law and he loved it...
