Last week, I had the pleasure of making this cake for my friend's husband, Tobias Truvillion, who was recently added to the cast of Empire as Jamal's love interest. They had a viewing party and asked me to surprise them. It's covered in fondant with a hand cut gumpaste Empire logo painted with luster dust. Gumpaste plaque of Tobias on top. :-)
I had the pleasure of making this cake for my brother and his fiancé for their engagement party. The design is based on a cake by Pam & Nina's Crafty Cakes. 12" & 10" squares. Everything is edible except for the ring which is just some florist wire and a glass diamond hot glued to it. TFL! :-)

This was for a baby shower. The mom-to-be loves owls and books. The books are made out of RKT and the owl is cake made from three 6" in layers and carved. The books are baby books she received as shower gifts. I custom made the stand and wrappers. :-)
This was a wedding cake for a couple getting married at the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Readington, NJ this year. The heart topper is gum paste.

My client asked that I duplicate this cake made by Palermo Bakery in NJ. I hope I did it justice. Carved from two 11 x 15 sheet cakes. Roulette wheel is RKT. Gumpaste poker chips and edible image number board. :-)
Everything is edible except for the rhinestones on the broach.
