I'm back! So this is the final cake on the Australian String works, much easier than the Oriental method. My chef told me that my flood work dots were too big for the string works, so the first thing one sees are the dots instead of the rest fine work. I like it but i appreciate her critisism next time i know! Enjoy!!!
Although my eyes still hurt with this detailed course i really like the finishing touches one could give to a cake with this skill!

This is my first official order for a cake that i made for my manager's baby shower! She is having a boy and her favourite color is ORANGE! She loves chocolate so the sponge cake was chocolate with a thin spread of NUTELLA on each layer and NUTELLA mousse filling in between! I used Frangelico liquer to flavor the syrup and frosting!
