An ice cream cake for my daughters sweet 16 -- she had a luau party and the invites looked like flip-flops. The "cake" was made of cookie dough ice cream with oreo cookie crust. the frosting is actually cool whip colored with food dye. The straps are made of fondant and the flower was taken off of a real flip flop. She loved it!
Made this for my daughters sweet !6. First time I have ever done marshmallow fondant. The cake was sour cream pound cake with a crumb coat of buttercream. Bananas and monkey made entirely of fondant.
