This is my final cake for the Wilton Course 3. My instructor was pretty easy going so we were allowed to pretty much do whatever we wanted at long as we were utilizing what we had learned in the 3 courses. All of the decorations are MMF.

This is the cake I made for the fondant part of course 3.
The trout was made by chocolate transfer. Iced in chocolate buttercream (Kaye's Buttercream recipe from Whimsical Bakehouse book). "Water" is blue piping gel, "rocks" are Jelly Belly's, "grass" is tinted BC. I wanted to make a fishing rod to be laying in the grass next to the trout but ran out of time :(
