I loved making all the little fruit even thought it took forever. All the fruit is made from MMF and the cake it also covered in MMF. The cake isn't really cake at all The bottom layer is a huge 15 lbs cheesecake and the top layer is a carmal pecan crunch cake. The bride bought then from her favorite restuarant and I decorated them.
This little wedding cake serves on 16 people. It is a chocolate cake with buttercream icing and fondant roses.
I did this cake for a wedding show we attended. Its a fake cake. It got alot of attention at the show and is now in the lobby of a really nice restaurant. Its cake dummies covered in MMF with white MMF strios and MMF ribbon roses. We got the really dark brown color by airbrushing the color on, easier for me then trying to color all that fondant so dark. Hope everyone likes it.
This cake was probably one of the most difficult cakes we have done!! It took 9 hours to complete and it only served approx 30 people. I do love it and it is by far my favorite cake we have done this far. Hope every one likes it.
