It is a red velvet cake with a whipped vanilla filling with a chocolate buttercream crumb coat. Han (or Mr. Bill) is a fondant figure with a layer of rolled fondant on top. Before the fondant dried I added the face and details. The texture is thinly rolled fondant and placed randomly to dry. I then mixed Moonstone Luster Dust with pure lemon extract and painted the dried fondant. Thanks for looking!

This was a HUGE birthday cake. Chocolate cake, Carmel filling (with a hint of coffee flavor), rich chocolate frosting with chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate shavings and chocolate covered coffee beans on top for decorations. EVERYONE was wired!
