Easter Bunny
2 8" cakes cut out to form the bunny. Wasn't going to decorate just frost it and try to make it look like a bunny. but teh cake's crumb kept coming up with the frosting . It did not look pretty. I decided to add the grass tip for fur and starts on the bow. Cake is butter pecan and buttercream with orange flavouring frosting. Thanks for looking

Round Wedding Cake
This was for my sisters wedding. Everything was against me that day. Travelled 600+ miles for the wedding. It was 92deg. outside the AC wasn't working well.the house was really hot. The kids kept running around,(wood floors) everything kept shaking. My mom was in charge of buying the ingred. and they were all wrong (32 miles to the nearest store)The cream cheese frosting didn't want to crust or smooth right. The cakes slided & ended lopsided.Yellow cake with strawberry filling. At least it tasted really good.

Groom's Cake
This cake was for my brother in law ( my sister's wedding) and let me tell you how much of a nightmare it was. Well first of all, we drove about 600 miles (9 hrs) to our hometown for my sisters surprise express wedding on Dec. 23, 2007. Choc. with a mixture of cool whip, dream whip, cream cheese, choc syrup, melted bakers choc. My mom forgot to buy the ingredients for the frosting. It was 92 deg. outside and the AC wasn't working well The borders kept sliding. All in all it was big hit and really yummy

Dallas Cowboys Stadium Cake
this is a stadium cake I did for my husbands bday. He is an obsessed fan of the cowboys. It is a banana apple spice cake with cream cheese frosting found on this site. Candy covered chocolate sprinkles for spectators and fondant field accents. I shamelessly copied so many great stadium cake designs found on this site. Thanks everybody for the great pic ideas. Thanks for looking.

Baby Basket
yellow cake, raspberry filling, buttercream frostin. handle made with icre cream bucket handle ( i was being lazy and ended up paying for it , the icing kept sliding off and in constant attempts to fix it I ended up smudging it and it looked horrible, anyway) this cake didn't turn out how I envisioned it. I forgot the baby and had to get it last minute at the beginning of the shower. fondant had dried up by then and coudn;t move. so I just placed the baby where I best could.

Shrek
yellow cake in the wondermold. covered in buttercream and chocolate fondant. Grass is buttercream, rocks are fondant, swamp is choc fudge. Shrek was made out of fondant and I tried hard molding him but was quite unsuccessful, not as I wanted him to turn out but oh well, next time. I did this at the last min. today. for my nephew's birthday. My sil just told me at noon today she wanted a Shrek cake. I am very pleased with the overall result for being my first.

Little Einsteins
This was a chocolate cake with the high humidity buttercream recipe from this site. I did a frozen buttercream transfer. This was for my friend's daughter who was turning 2. The design was a mixture from pictures found on this site and mom's input. I was quite pleased with the end result.

Backyardigan Cup Cakes
This is my first attempt at FBCT. As you can tell I didn't spread it right before freezing. It was a practice cake so it doesn't matter though. My kids thought it was the most amazing thing anyway. Poor kids, they think anything mom does is so cool regardless. I tried to cover all my mistakes with a border but wasn't very successful. I think is not so bad for my first try. What do you think?
