Giant Cake Topper!

This is my first wedding cake. It is for a home reception and was requested by a good friend. The cakes are 6" and 8" covered and filled with cream cheese icing. I used claret colored luster dust on the fondant pearls and ribbon. The cake topper was HUGE, but it looked nice overall. Comments and suggestions are welcome. Thanks for looking.

Fondant Ribbon And Pearls

It is a 6 x 2 round - frosted with ivory buttercream inside and out . I used claret luster dust on the fondant and an impression mat for the diamond pattern- This is my first attempt at using these techniques. Comments and suggestions are welcome! =)

Fondant Flowers

This is my second decorated cake. I have had no formal training - I am just doing this for fun! The cake is devil's food with a fresh raspberry cream filling and chocolate buttercream icing. The flowers are hand shaped fondant with a royal icing center. This was for "girls night in" and they loved it!
