Personsal Size Cookie Cakes

I made these mini cookie cakes for a co-worker who was transferring and another co-worker's birthday. They absolutely loved them because they were personal size. The cool thing was that I was able to bake the cookie in the container, decorate and then package with lid and ribbon. I used prepared chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate and buttercream frosting. These were alot of fun! I will definitely be making more of these in the future for little gifts.

Have A Fabulous 21St Birthday!

My son turned 21 on Monday and we are sending him to Vegas for his birthday gift. We had a family birthday party for him with the Vegas theme. All decorations on the cake are edible except for the palm trees and flamingo (representing the Flamingo Hotel he will be staying at). Poker chips, cards, and dice are NFSC with Toba Garrett's icing. Vegas sign is royal icing, sustained a couple of cracks :( Thank you CC'rs for the inspiration!
