Larry and Bob Veggie Tales cookies. No Fail Sugar Cookie recipe and Antonia's Royal Icing. Can't go wrong. This order started out as a huge pain the butt, customer wanted me to use her special organic cookie mix. On the trial run her mix did not do well with this cookie cuter so I told her I'd have to decline but she gave in and said I could use my usual recipe so I went and ahead and made them. She was very pleased.
For my son's 9th birthday. BC, but the figures are plastic. Still need more practice with the airbrushing but over all I'm pleased.

My take on the cake made by "eight" which went straight into my favs. This is a new diabetic cake and diabetic buttercream icing I tried since this is my 3 yr old daughter's 1st xmas since being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I made the stockings out of Royal Icing.

Birthday cake for my sister in law.
This was inspired by a cake in the WA Cake Show Gallery but I don't know who made it. This one I made myself for my birthday. It is Chocolate Hazlenut Almond cake with Caramel Hazlenut icing. I used the coffee creamer recipe but had to alter it to get it to work for me.
The face turned out a little darker than I'd intended but they were happy with it thankfully.
I made this Uncle Sam from a Santa pan I had gotten from a garage sale.
