I created this cake for my friend's daughter's Bat Mitzvah. It was my gift to her. This is a three tier cake, that is two layers for each cake. It's chocolate cake that is frosted with chocolate butter cream, and filled with fresh strawberries and chocolate butter cream. The cake is covered in fondant.
I used two chocolate cupcakes for this. A smalller cupcake for the head and a larger one for the body. The design came from the book Hello Cupcake.

My boyfriend's nephew wanted a patrick cake for his birthday. This is a two tier chocolate cake with chocolat filling. Patrick is created in fondant and I used smarties for the border. I sprinkled the blue buttercream icing in blue and white sugar crystals sparkles.
