The sheet cake is actually two diabetic cakes (chocolate and white). This cake was a pain! Oh well, I got a cake order for halloween :D
I was asked to make chocolate dipped strawberries for the anniversary of a friend. I thought it would be cute to make a matching cake. I had a really hard time with the buttercream fondant (it is way too soft), so I ended up having to patch it in quite a few spots. The cake itself is half strawberry and half chocolate. I really hope they enjoyed it ^_^
