Inspired by Twitter and a parody of the "Fail Whale" from Twitter, here is the Angry Fail Whale Cake. So much fun to make. Started with 2 12"x12" cakes and sculpted them on top of a wood support (for the mouth). Used a dowels and RCT for the tail support and gumpaste covered in fondant for the tail fins.

A simple red cake for a couple who love to dance together. Fondant/gumpaste roses, gumpaste figurine - I printed an image, cut it out with exacto knife, then used it as a stencil to cut the gumpaste. Painted with airbrush black.
Corona bucket, jello ice, real bottles. Bucket was airbrushed and then hand-painted lettering through paper stencil. Graham cracker sand.
