Belly Cake
My first belly cake! I was pretty proud of it. It's chocolate cake for the belly and boobs, covered in buttercream, and black Satin Ice. I think I'll try it with a little more detail next time, but for my first one, I was pretty excited. The belly is the Wilton sports ball pan, and the boobs are made from little Pyrex bowls, and true to form, one boob was a little bigger than the other . . . LOL!

Erin
My first wedding cake, I was SO excited! 8, 10, 12 cakes with white chocolate, chocolate, and vanilla mousse filling with pink ribbon around each tier. It was a June wedding, all pretty summery flowers . . . yea, it SNOWED! We are in Montana after all, but it was still a beautiful wedding, and hey, at least the cake didn't melt! Sorry it's a little fuzzy.

1St Birthday
I made this cake for my neice's first birthday. I posted the little sheep yesterday, and this is the cake that he goes on. 8"chocolate square, 6" yellow round, all buttercream. The sheep is 50/50 gumpaste fondant. There was a little 4" smash cake - iced pink with purple to match the cake. Didn't get a picture of it, unfortunately. This was a first on a couple of things for me. First stacked cake, first fondant/gumpaste figure. I was pleased with the way it turned out. TFL!!

Sheep
My first attempt at a fondant/gumpaste figure! I'm so pleased with him. Inspired by Galadriel (sp??) He is 50/50 gumpaste fondant. This little guy goes on my neice's 1st birthday cake. The cake isn't assembled yet, or I would have posted it also. I quite enjoyed doing this, I expect to do more in the future!

John Deere Partsonsite Cabinet
Mu hubby works for John Deere, and his manager heads up the PartsOnSite program for their dealership. This is a re-creation of a PartsOnSite cabinet for the managers birthday cake! FBCT John Deere logo (yes, I know it's black and yellow, not green and yellow, but the logo on the actual cabinet is black and yellow :) ) Did the PartsOnSite logo freehand and I was pretty impressed with it! The whole dealership raved about the cake! Marble cake, vanilla filling.

Green Bay Packers Baby Shower
This is a cake I did for my supervisor right before she went on maternity leave. She has 4 little boys, and she was finally having a little girl, so I thought pink would fit the occasion. Chocolate cake, buttercream frosting, the Green Bay Packer symbol is a FBCT. Thanks for looking!

Az Diamondbacks Cupcake Cake
vanilla cupcakes, FBCT logo. i was SO pleased with the logo, but the cupcake cake itself . . . . I'm not so thrilled about. The buttercream i used to ice the cupcake cake was a little soft so it "cratered" between the cupcakes. oh well, lessons learned! thanks for looking!

Broom & Cauldron
I made this cake as a sort of joke for a good friend that works with me. She got a job in another department and anyone going to that department is jokingly given a broom as a "corporate car" Her birthday cake, I thought, shoud reflect that humor! (She got the HUGEST kick out of her "corporate car") I used the Wilton sports ball pan and hollowed out a little for the cauldron and used the other part for the broom! Chocolate cake, buttercream frosting, fondant broom handle.

M&m
I made this out of the Wilton Sports ball pan. The branch manager at the bank where I work LOVES M&Ms so I figured it would be perfect! Yellow cake, buttercream frosting, fondant arms, legs and eyes. I also cut the letters for our manager's name out of fondant, but I didn't have them for the picture. It was a HUGE hit! The manager wouldn't let us cut it untill his wife could get a picture.

Tractor
This was made as a "farewell" cake for a salesman at my hubby's work - a John Deere dealership. Yellow cake with buttercream. It was my first time using the tractor pan, and I enjoyed it! I figured with my hubby and his dad both working for John Deere, and my brother in law is a farmer/rancher, I could get good use out of the pan!

Demon Hunter
This is a copy of my hubby and my favorite metal band, Demon Hnter. Their second album "Summer of Darkness" had this on the front! There were a ton more black roses on the CD cover, but I decided to make them black and white so it wasn't such a dark cake. This was my final Wilton Course 1 cake. All buttercream . . . . I used the chocolate buttercream for the black, and didn't much care for it, but it turned out great!

Batman Birthday
I made this cake for the son of one of my co-workers. For some reason she had bought the cakes and she just wanted me to frost them. I'll never do that again! She bought two 1/4 sheets of vanilla and two 1/4 sheets of chocolate. I filled and stacked it, but when I tried to move it . . . a fault line ran through Gotham City! This picture was before that catastrophe but it was a huge hit! So, half chocolate, half vanilla. Buttercream frosting with Wilton black Color Mist. The Batman sign was a FBCT. My first!
