This was the cake for my daughter's 12th birthday. The frosting is buttercream, Domo Kun is buttercream transfer, and the brown and turquoise shapes are all marshmallow fondant. The letters on top are just paper--not edible!

New Orleans Saints Jersey Cake

New Orleans Saints Jersey Cake

I made this for my husband's 30th birthday! It is frosted with buttercream, and the letters, numbers, and fleur de lis are made with frozen buttercream transfer. I used an 12X18 pan and cut off the bottom 4 inches (and then split that in half) to make 4X6 sleeves. I cut a slight angle into the sleeves to make them not stick straight out!
