Tea Party
I made this cake for a Tea Party at our local library. It is an 8" round , 1 layer cake that I put on top of a small compote bowl for the table and I covered the cake with fondant and punched holes in the fondant with a hole punch. The tea set was purchased from a thrift store. I made tiny cupcakes and mints also.

Alligator
I did this cake because of a little girls favorite book. Her mom got me several pics of alligator cakes and this is my version . The head was baked in a Christmas Tree pan and the body was a 12 x 16 sheet cake that I carved out. The eyes are halves of cupcakes and it is all iced in buttercream icing.

Princess,castle,carriage
All of these cakes were different flavors and iced in buttercream except for the tops of the towers which were ice cream cones covered in fondant and airbrushed.. The towers were potato chip cans. There is a picture of the little birthday princess in the window of the castle. The coach was carved from 3 -6 inch round cakes and the wheels were cookies dipped in almond bark. This was a very fun cake to do .
