Surfboard Birthday Cake
This cake was for an avid surfer. The surfboard is a replica of his favorite board. I used buttercream icing. The shells are chocolate and there is a mixture of royal icing and fondant to create the other decorations except the trunk of the palm trees which were pretzels and the cans. Brown sugar and crushed graham crackers were used for the sand.

Gift Box Wedding Cake
The bride wanted something different but simple. No bride and groom topper. I decided on boxes.. gift, jewelry, hat and ring. Although the bouquet and gloves are like the brides, they are not edible. The cakes are different flavors and the icing is buttercream. Tops of boxes are fondant with edible pearls and luster dust.

Mcqueen And Race Track
I made this for my 5 year old grandson's birthday. He had to have the race track and McQueen so I put Mcqueen on a pedestal in the center of the track. I used a combination of fondant, buttercream icing and royal icing to make these cakes. The small cars used in this were presents to the birthday boy when the day was done.
