Easter Egg In Grass

This cake was a team effort. I baked the cake (lemon cake with lemon-raspberry buttercream frosting) and did all the grass, my girlfriend decorated the fondant covered egg. It was so much fun and yummy!

Dozen Roses In Box

In my opinion I would rather get a dozen roses like this for Valentine's Day then pay for the real thing that dies after a few days.... I was just playing around and came up this cake, I got a box from my local florist and tied a ribbon around it to finish it off! It has been a big hit for me!

Round Fondant Cakes With Fresh Roses

This was for a wedding I did last summer. The reception was very simple. The bride wanted an all white fondant covered cake with fresh red roses. This was my first time using fondant!

Chocolate Baby Shower Cake

This was a baby shower cake and the mother-to-be wanted all chocolate so it was a very contemporary cake. It is all chocolate buttercream with real baby ballet slippers on top. She obviously knew it was a girl!

This was a cake done for my cousins "luau" graduation party. It is done all in buttercream with graham cracker crumbs for the sand.

Excavation Cake

This is a 2-layer cake with buttercream frosting. Candy rocks and CAT toys on top. The dirt is made from chocolate teddy grahams. It was for my grandfather's 90th birthday party in honor of his many years owning an excavation business!
