A little saggy and lopsided~don't know what happened! I got lazy and sprayed the cones pink with the Wilton food spray. There are cupcakes underneath each of the cones.

Order from customer for husband's 42nd birthday. Buttercream Dream icing, MMF for golf balls, pretzel sticks & fruit roll-ups for flags, crushed graham crackers for sand. Goal was to make everything edible. Thanks to the other CC golf cupcake makers that I PM'd for advice!

Requested cake for my good friends birthday who adores butterflies. Used the crusting cream cheese and carrot cake w/raisins recipes from this site. She chose the colors - blue, purple and green. The colors contrast better on the cake. Thanks to the Melvira Method for the smooth sides!!
Cinnamon cake w/raspberry pecan filling, buttercream dream icing. Top rose got smooshed by my cake carrier! Need more practice with those roses!
1st paid cake (for my best friend!). She requested these drunken clowns for her husband's B-Day after she saw my Course 1 cake when I knocked the clowns over by mistake! Choc. cake w/choc. filling, buttercream dream icing. You can't see too well in the photo, but the clowns are falling over the beer cans and one is 'falling' over the side of the cake.
First cake made in my Wilton Course 1 class...I'm getting better!! Must have tasted good too, husband ate 1/2 of it in 2 days!
*VERY* last minute request for a cake for my scrapbooking get-together tomorrow. I didn't have any disposable bags left so I had to use Ziploc bags--what a pain! Yellow cake filled with chocolate ganache (thanks to cheftaz) and buttercream dream icing. My 1st cake that was not a character pan.
My 3rd attempt at a cake. Made it for my sons friend's 3rd birthday. Still working on smoothing my white BC better. Whatever those brown flecks are in the picture weren't on the cake!
My son was born in Texas so we had a cowboy theme for his 3rd birthday here in Boston. All our northern friends loved the party & the cake. I still have problems with faces, especially the mouth!
This is the second cake I've ever made. Older Wilton Elmo pan, chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Made this for my son's 2nd birthday~~Elmo theme!
