I made this cake for my brother's girlfriend's 21st birthday. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and decorated with red and black butter icing. The dragon was printed on an edible sheet of icing with edible ink. My brother made the frame to fit 21 round candles. I used coconut to fill in the gap between the cake and the candle frame so that it would resemble a chineese garden. It was a success and everyone loved it.
