This is Birthday cake I was asked to make for a 5 year old. I have no idea why the mother requested the doll with a wedding veil but ..hey the customer gets what they want! Any how, I used a 14 in round cake pan for the bottom and the doll dome pan for the doll. Rum cake with chocolate pudding filling, Doll is Chocolate mocha. I used butter cream and fondant to cover and the plastic swirls for decoration.

Xbox 360 Replica Cake
This was one of the most challenging cakes I've ever made. I took me 7 hours in all to complete the whole cake. I did not mind since I made it with love for my gamer son who turned 20 years old. The cake is all edible except for the aluminum foil part and the top xbox tag. The controller buttons moves just like the real one since I used toothpicks to make them move freely . I used fondant to cover it and made the holes resembling the fan exaust with a tookpick. The small color buttons were made with skiddle candies.

My First Wedding For Cake Class Graduation 1/14/04
This was my first Wedding Cake I made for my last class at Wilton classes. I chose a 2 tier round cake. Bottom is 10 inches and top is 6 inches. Covered with fondant and the flowers are make with royal icing. I also addes some free hand scrolling to give it a little fancy touch.
