First time making a tiered cake! I was in a hurry and hoped to use the viva method to smooth the buttercream but it didn't start to crust until I was finished putting it together.
6 in 4 layer white cake with lime mousse and WBH House buttercream. Decorated with fresh flowers and limes. Just a practice cake experimenting with all new recipes and techniques. The cake looks yellow in the picture but is actually a light lime green.
Pineapple 3 layer cake filled with a mixture of cream cheese, vanilla pudding, pineapple and whipped cream. Cream cheese frosting. Sides covered with toasted coconut, topped with pineapple, oranges, and more coconut. It was just like eating trifle but without the mess!
