This cake was for a girl in my office who's mother is from Mexico. I don't speak Spanish so she wrote out what she wanted on the cake, it says "Happy Birthday Mommie", I think. Buttercream with sugar paste tulips; white cake with strawberry cream filling.

This is my attempt at a cake right out of a Wilton book except I did it in Buttercream instead of fondant. The icing coverage wasn't what I would have liked in spots but overall I thought it turned our pretty good. The flowers turned out really nice.
