Double layer star with Decopac's Power Ranger kit on top. Color on the corners was airbrushed, sides were combed, really quick and easy!
This was a simple tiered cake with a chocolate plaque on top with an edible photo of the groom's dog. The dog bones were molded chocolates too!
I know this one has been done quite a bit, but it's one of my favorites. It's just a double layer round cut in half, but so cute! I iced it all in white and then airbrushed the color on so it wasn't quite so harsh. It's been very popular!
I like this arrangement for the cupcake style wedding cakes. I have used it several times since this one and it just looks a little more like a "real" cake. The top was a 6" round on the Wilton Tall Tier stand of course and fresh flowers on top and on the edges. The cupcakes themselves were very simple, just smooth iced with some glitter on each one.
This is still one of my favorite's! The bow was molded from chocolate fondant and assembled on site with the tails. The scrolls and rest of the case was all buttercream. The flowers were fresh.
This was for my sister's second wedding. I like the arrangement on one side and I thought the family photo balanced it out nicely. This was out of the newer Wilton book and was coated in the crystal sparkle sugar. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!
This was a really simple cake using the Decopac Backyardigans kit. I airbrushed the background and bottom edge and piped on the basic stuff.
I know this one has been done a lot. I know I've used this design several times, but it's still cute and perfect for someone that can't settle on a theme!
