The roses and butterflies are made from gum paste and dusted with luster/disco dust. I embellished the cake top with glitter glue and rhinestones. The whole cake is frosted with a whipped butter cream and piped with cornelli lace. It tasted just like whip cream. It was soooo good!

This is a 1/2 frosted in Buttercream. I used a frosting sheet to draw the picture, then cut the pictures out and placed them on the cake and used gel icing to fill it in.
*Full view of the "Sweet 16 Girly Girl" birthday cake. I even made the cake top out of beads, tule, and clay. Pearls around the tiers are made from modeling chocolate and dusted with pearl dust.
