Scooby Doo And Cailin Too!

Last year Dora, this year Scoobs. She even dressed as Daphne. Too cute! Afterwards I realized I should've made the sheet cake in the colors of the mystery machine. Would've looked more like a kids cake. And I always forget I have write the salutions and end up having to find a way to squeeze it on.

THANKS LISA!, for the wonderful idea. 11x15 Banana cake with praline filling and BC. Not what I originally envisioned but I do like it. Thats what I get when I start the cake(even baking) the day before and I stay up to 4am to finish. I have never piped so much writing in my entire life. The bottle and rattle were supposed to be CT but I ran out of time. Made for a now no longer employee. She'll be missed.

Fishin' You A Happy Birthday

Guitar cake pan, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The tree is snow white buttercream, with a pretzel in the center, so that it will hold up and not melt like I seem to get with cream cheese frosting. Fondant rocks and piping gel for water. My first gumpaste figurine.

Co-Workers Belated Birthday

Strawberry yogurt cake filled w/ strawberry buttercream. Chocolate buttercream frosted and reg. BC decorations. I unfortunately forgot his birthday this year(one week late) but we had to celebrate it w/ a cake from me because last year, I forgot and bought one from a bakery. He teases me all the time saying I care enough about the others to do a home made cake but he gets store bought cake. Oops! I tried reverse shells again and I don't think I do them correctly.

Disney Cars 4Th Birthday

Nephews birthday cake, he even drove McQueen on the road! 8 in. yellow cake, chocolate frosting, fondant/gumpaste accents. McQueen is a toy. I have not seen the movie so I believe my imagination was a little limited but Nathan loved it, so I do too.

Dummy New Year

Dummy cake made for mine and my mothers New Year. We are on MST but we celebrated a "dummy" EST New Year. She got my 3 different set of luster dust for christmas, so I made this cake to play around with them. The "fireworks" are white chocolate painted w/LD. Cake covered in MMF.

Bob And Blue Twins 2Nd Birthday Cake

Vanilla cake, made rainbow swirl, with buttercream frosting. 1st time chocolate transfers to decorate. I'd say the inspiration came from Merissa's Pooh Bear cake, but once assembled its not even close. Ain't that funny how it works out. I had a fun time with this cake, hope it shows.

Brothers Michigan Birthday

Bottom cake is lemon w/lemon buttercream. Top cake is a dummy covered with MMF. I iced the dummy with too much buttercream so the MMF is kind of screwy, lesson learned. My brother, Alva, loves Michigan's football team, hence the design.

Winter Wonderland Birthdays

This cake changed designs every 2 minutes. I went to make snowflakes, but couldn't, new design. It take tens times longer to make a cake when the design changes. LOL. Chocolate cake, cream cheese frosting, buttercream deco(mainly because I ran out of cream cheese after putting on the leaves). I will find a way and time to do snowflakes, I'm determined.
