Front view of my first attempt at 3-D cake for my nephew's 2nd birthday!
First attempt at 3-D cake; cake is gluten free chocolate, cut to make truck. Covered in MMF with marshmallows and MMF accents. Tires are mini doughnuts. Hydrant is MMF. The bottom cake is white cake iced in BC; I used spray to color it and give it the fire look! I got the idea from several cakes here on CC--Thanks everyone who did a firetruck cake before me! I was pleased for my first attempt but I need some work! thanks for looking!
Cake is covered in decorator's buttercream (from foodnetwork website); grass is BC; dirt is graham crackers; all horses are plastic toys. This is my first creative cake!
