Offset Squre Tiers - Sweet Celebrations 2005

Offset Squre Tiers - Sweet Celebrations 2005

Offset Square Tiers, September 2005. Three square cakes, with a 3" difference in size (6", 9" and 12"). Note to fellow decorators: Offset squares like these should be FOUR inches different in size -- or corners hang off tiers underneath! Largest cake is carrot with whipped white chocolate ganache and cream cheese fillings. Top two are dummies. All were covered with buttercream and fondant. Details were royal icing, then painted with metallic dust mixed with clear alcohol.
