3-tiered hexagon cake for a pair of geologists who work in the gold fields in Australia. Painted with edible gold, gold leaf and gold painted chocolate nuggets. Based on a Martha Stewart design. Topper custom made by a friend.
25Th Anniversary Packages
10 & 6" WASC cakes iced with vanilla IMBC and covered in fondant. All bows handmade from gumpaste, painted with real silver dust and accented with crystals and pearls. Based on a design by boween.
Littlest Pet Shop Bunny
3-D bunny made from the WIlton wondermold pan and a 10" and 6" oval for the head. Iced with traditional buttercream and covered in fondant. Design inspired by DecoratorJen.
9x13 base cake iced with IMBC. Frogs are made in the mini wondermold pan, iced wth IMBC and covered with fondant. Frogs copied after ones made by DaisyMakesCakes in the UK.
Dog The Bountyhunter
10" chocolate cake iced with IMBC, covered with chocolate fondant and airbrushed black with a chocolate transfer for the logo. Dog collar made from fondant.
6" cake covered in fondant with white chocolate shells and coral. Cupcakes iced with tradtitional buttercream with white chocolate shells on top.

12", 10", 8" and 6" cakes covered in fondant with a simple monogram topper. Simple yet elegant.
Muskoka Dock Scene
9x13 vanilla lemon cake iced with whipped icing and fondant decorations. Customer only said her MIL liked to sit on her dock in her Muskoka chairs, drink coffee and watch the loons....so that's what she got!

Chocolate Brown Wedding Cake With Gerberas
12, 10, 8 and 6 cakes all iced with IMBC and covered with chocolate fondant. Each tier was 5.5" high! Design idea taken from Rebecca Sutterby from Sugar Creations.
12x18 dark chocolate cake iced iwth traditional buttercream. Figuremolded from fondant. Design based on one from Carlock's Bakery. A lot of fun to do!
40Th Mountain Biking
11x15 vanilla cake with raspberry ribbons, iced with whipped icing. Figure and bike molded from fondant.
10" WASC with 3 layers of lemon filling, iced with traditionall buttercream. Poker quins adorn the border and the cards are printed on rice paper and put on fondant.

9x13 french vanilla cake iced & decorated with traditional buttercream. Bamboo stalks and panda are fondant. This one didn't take me long at all (for a change) and I kinda like it (for a change!).
Pink Cake Box Copy
10, 8 & 6" cakes, iced with traditonal buttercream and covered with fondnat. Followed the tutorial from CC. Do what it ways! See the wrinking on the bottom? That was an indication of things to come! Lots of fun to do but it uses A LOT of cake to get this effect. The customer sent me the pic from The Pink Cake Box and this was the result.
