My sister loves birds and birdhouses so I tried to think up something cute for her. I have never tried making birds before this. Some more practice is in order I think. but overall it was cute. The birds were fondant and all other icing is BC.

This cake was for my best friends sister's high school graduation. She wanted a colorful, Hawaiian theme. Each tier of the cake was different (bottom was chocolate, middle was vanilla and the top was red velvet). I added the little person complete with a purse, flip flops and strawberry daquiri! This was so much fun to make! I hope you enjoy looking at it!
This is the cake I did for my Father and Mother-in-Laws 50th wedding anniversary! The scrollwork is royal icing. The roses in the corners (which aren't very visible in this photo) and the balls in opposite corners are made of modeling chocolate.
