Chocolate cake with lemon yellow basket weave. On top I have bubble gum easter eggs with a hollow chocolate bunny sitting on top of grass. This was so easy to make. The colors are so bright.
This cake was iced with a crumb coat of pale green buttercream icing. That's why it has a green tint to the white fondant over top. Then I made the side of the cake with pale green fondant drapes. I used royal icing roses to cover the top of both cakes
This is a sheet cake with chocolate coins on all four sides. The clover is used with the star tip. This was my first St. Patrick's Day cake.
