Red And Black Wedding
This is the wedding cake that resembles the shower cake I did a couple of weeks ago. The bottom tier is a 14" WASC, middle tier is 10" chocolate and top tier is a 6" chocolate. All BC, black scrolls and red roses. There is also tons of pixie dust--which did not show up well in the pic.

Doodlebops
My first topsy turvy. Okay, I guess. Many things happend during the process of the cake--I still have a headache... LOL This was for my daughter's 4th b-day. She LOVED the cake, so that is all that matters. Okay, three tiers: 6-7-8 and strawberry for the top, 7-8-9 and yellow for the middle and 8-9-10 and chocolate for the bottom. Each tier represents each one of the Doodlebops and then edible image plaques on top.

Fat February
This is a cake I did for my work. We had a goodbye party of sorts since we are all moving to either different floors in our building or another building completely (we just had a re-org). So we had a Fat February party. LOL This is a 10/8 tiered; bottom is chocolate, top is yellow, both iced in BC with fondant accents painted with gold luster dust. Mask is made of gum paste, but had real feathers and ribbon for accents.

Pretty Castle
I got a lot of ideas from a bunch of resources for this cake. I loved the final output, but it was way too time consuming for me! Bottom tier is an 8" square chocolate and top is 6" square WASC. Iced in BC and cobblestones piped on with a tip 12 and smoothed with Viva. Towers are cardboard rolls covered in fondant and I used a cobblestone impression mat. Tops of towers are cones wrapped with fondant strips and painted with luster and pixie dusts and topped with a pink dragee. Gum paste accents too.

Chocolate Tink
This was a 10/6 tiered cake for our friend's daughter. I was excited when they said she wanted a Tink cake & my hubby actually came up with a great design and when I was ready to do it, daddy says: I want it all in chocolate! WHAT?! She wants Tink, but I want chocolate. UGH! Bottom tier is my special chocolate and the top is my special vanilla. Both are filled with whipped ganache, iced in chocolate BC and then covered with ganache. Image plaque, gumpaste stars, fondant drape painted with disco dust.

Killer Chocolate
A 10/8/6 tiered cake. Top and bottom tiers are a really yummy chocolate and the middle is a yellow cake. All tiers are filled with whipped ganache, iced in chocolate BC and drenched in ganache. Chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate scrolls as accents. Too bad strawberries are not in season--not a lot of good ones to choose from...

Simple B-Day
Very simple 12 x 18 sheet cake. Half and half with a raspberry fill. Can't see in the pic, but the top is a textured surface and sprinkled, of course, with gold and clear gold pixie dust. The "60th" is written in white and painted over with gold pixie dust. Sometimes I just love doing simple... :)

Snowflake Sparkle
3-tier (8-6-4) with graduated shades of blue BC icing. Royal icing snowflakes painted with Bluebell disco dust. Clear sanding sugar is on the top of each layer along with a generous amount of bluebell disco dust dusted all over. The picture does not show the true shine of this cake.
