Robert & Natarsha Wedding Cake
This cake was actually for a small wedding. The top tier was chocolate mud and the bottom is a foam block. It was decided that after the wedding I could then repair any damage done to the bottom tier and attach the decoration to the bottom which the Bride could then keep. I found the cake a challenge but the effect was great. The whole rotunda was made by hand.

Pretty Bow Cake
I made this for my sisters 30th Birthday, The entire cake was covered and the decorations were made out of fondant. Its a Chocolate mud cake. I had made a large 30 out of Royal Icing which sat on top of the bow and really finished this cake off. This cake was inspired by somebody on this site.

Aunty Val 80Th Birthday Cake
This is fast becoming my signature cake. This has a softer look than the first time I did this cake. This was a great cake to make but it also had to travel by plane to Adelaide 1700kms away. I have heard it made it and the Guest of honour was most impressed. I will post another view of this cake

Tarsha Baby Shower
This was for a family member who wanted something fun. I think we have all seen this cake a hundred times but this is my attempt at it. She wanted to keep the molds I used to make the belly and boobs and suggested that maybe I should have drawn in a Caesarean scar line. Although I think that would terrify alot of first time mums!!! Anyway all went well look out for a Christening cake for Ruby Ida.

Emily & Jessica's Christening
This is a chocolate mud cake. The decorations were inspired by frosting111. Thanks for your help. These just looked so beautiful when they were finished and I am sure I will be making these decorations again. I was very happy with the result. A beautiful cake for two beautiful baby girls!!

This was the cake I was intending to submit for the March of Dimes competition, last year but I didn't have it finished in time. The canopy is the fourth one I made, 1 I didn't like and two were broken. This cake was suppose to be a fruit cake but after it was made (8" round) it was too small. Days before it was due to be delivered I made a 10" round chocolate mud. Luckily for me it didn't matter as I was giving cake to my new God daughter!!
