This was a cake I made for my brother's 26th birthday. That's all buttercream icing. The pillow I used to prop up the actual bottle of Royale Crown is another piece of cake. There was a lil rod through the two pieces of cake to hold up the bottle so it didn't sink through the cake. I added the bag for the Crown so you couldn't see the rod. The tassels on the pillow are buttercream icing. I got pretty tired on this cake so I got messy with the lettering of, "Every King Deserves His Crown".
This was the very first cake I ever made & probably one of the most common ones you see. It was done with a cake pan just to get myself used to using icing tips and techniques. I did it all in one night & think it turned out okay considering it was the first I ever did.
This was a cake I thought up to do for my 17th birthday. It was one of the first cakes I ever made. Everything was hand done & made out of buttercream icing including the writing and Bart Simpson. It took me 3 or 4 days to do.
I thought of this concept for my 2nd cousin's 3rd birthday. It's all made out of buttercream icing & done by hand. I did all the jellyfish individually with buttercream icing as well. It took me 3-4 days.
