I made a barbie doll cake and placed her on top of a 2-tiered cake. The fondant was homemade...I used a marshmallow fondant recipe. I used a ribbon for the trim.
This is a 3 - 8" layer round cake...covered in fondant. I used cardboard (covered in fondant) for the rim. Fun to make!
The ocian floor is made with chocolate rocks, the seaweed is made out of "air head" candy that was rolled out and cut. Some of the shells were made with candy molds.
