These are some roses I made at Nicholas Lodge's ultimate gumpaste rose class.
This was my first carved cake. Due to time issues, the head is a mannequin head. The chest is 2 10"cakes carved down to make it look like a real chest. the shoulders are an 8" cake cut into 4 and turned on their side. If you have any other questions, you can contact me.
