This was for my niece's 7th birthday. It is vanilla with strawberry filling and white chocolate fondant. The fondant has a web of pink by the mouth, I could not see that when I rolled it out and by the time I put it on I was out of time. She loved it though! This is my version of Debbie Brown's cake.

This was for my son's 10th birthday. Vanilla cake with fudge filling. Rice Crispy formed dragon covered in individual Satin Ice Fondant scales. Wings, horns and tail end are gumpaste. Painted with red and orange colors and coated in luster dust.

This was done for a 15 year old boy, his gift was a cell phone. I hollowed out the cake under the "screen" filled it with M&M's and hid the phone in it. After they sang Happy Birthday someone called the phone and made it ring, he was very suprised!!! It was chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and covered in Kay's BUttercream.

This was a 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla with strawberry ans vanilla mousse filling. The animals are MMF and the leaves are buttercream.
