This is Karl's last scout cake. He will be in Boy Scouts insead of Cub Scouts next year, and this was a younger troop thing. It is a cupcake cake with a FBCT on top. I only had to start the outlines, he did everything else. He won 2nd in his catagory.

This is a chocolate cake with BC frosting. Hand drawn chalice. I wasn't really sure how this cake would turn out. The customer had a minor diaster in her home 3 day before it was due and had to change the cake to 1/2 the size. I got my inspiration from lots of cakes on here. Thanks for all everyone does! I made this cake for my friend Trish and her fiance Bruce a.k.a Moose. They actually haven't seen it yet as the reception is just starting! I was a nervous wreck delivering it as it was over 30 miles away on small county roads, over RR tracks and every stop had those grates on the road to slow you down! Came out ok though! I made this cake for some friends of mine that got married on Valentines day. They traveled into the Black Hills some 6 hours away. Didn't do too bad considering. There is a close up already in my pictures, but I like the finished product better. Thanks for looking! :-)
This is a 62 count cupcake cake for my Oma's birthday. It has all the things that reminded us of her. Her yarn that she makes all of us slippers with, her cat (at least it was SUPPOSED to be a cat!), her german vanilla crecent cookies and the peppermints she always had in her purse. The cupcakes were milk chocolate, vanilla and butterscotch. Only 12 left after the party!

This is the second cake for my sitter's son's graduation. They had a card theme and a huge card that said "The Deal's Done." So that was my inspiration, but I had a heck of a time with coming up with an idea because he didn't want a lot of color. They loved it though

This is my son's second cake he made for scouts. We "won" this one and used it for my husband's birthday. My son and I baked the top cake in a round metal bowl and the other is 1/4 sheet. Lots of cake for the 4 of us! It was his design and he did it all except stack the cake and write on it.
This is a cake my son did when he was 7 1/2. Our scout troop does an auction every year where the kids are supposed to decorate a cake themselves and it get auctioned off for a fundraiser. There was more frosting on this cake then most of mine. He had a blast and was so proud of his cake. He did everything except put it in and out of the oven. He even greased and floured the pans and cleaned up!!

This is a Spiderman cake I made for my son's 6th birthday. I needed more cake than the pan fed, so I tried to put it on a sheet cake. Turned out okay and the kids loved it. Last time I'll probably have the WHOLE class though! Thanks for looking!
