Client provided invitation, so used those colors, but otherwise was left to create freely, they only requested chocolate cake with white frosting. Triple chocolate cake with ganache filling, BC icing, fondant accents, molded chocolate baby bottles and teddy bears. Fun to make for a first baby shower cake! Oval pan for boat, mini balls for scoops.

Father's Day Softside Cooler
Our annual trip together ALWAYS involves this cooler, so I decided to replicate it in honor of my husband and my father. Beer Cake; Cherry BC filling; Fondant covering, zippers, strap; gelatin ice. Unfortunately, made this the same day I came down with Strep, so it all goes in the trash! It's the thought that counts I guess! Thanks for looking.

Chocolate fudge cake, chocolate frosting (the Chocolate Syrup Recipe - LOVE IT), chocolate ganache (Recipe I) covering on top, with cake truffles and melted chocolate drizzled all over. Course Iii Final Cake
The photographer was crooked, not the cake! Wanted something less formal to give as a gift the next day, but also wanted to use up my roses. Would have preferred to do pink and purple roses in slightly darker shade of cake covering, but not enough time for this purpose. Thanks for looking and sharing comments/critique.

3-Tier Cake For An Angel
My first tiered cake, done for a funeral reception for our dear friends who lost their 6yo angel very suddenly. Her 'signature' was ladybugs, so there are fondant ladybugs, shimmery doves (6), and sparkling butterflies and flowers. My way to contribute to the remembrance of this amazing little girl. The family was veryplease and appreciative. The cake was my adaptation of a Wilton yearbook cake, with incorporation of suggestions from CC folks - THANK YOU ALL!!

Course Ii Final
Thank you to the person here who gave me the idea to mix mediums and colors for the basketweave. I think it is lovely. Frosting too hard, so weave took TOO long and everyone else was finished before I even got to the roping, so just threw that on and the flowers...not bad considering. Thanks for looking.

Baseball
From Wilton Yearbook 2005, I believe. Want to practice your stars - here's the cake to do it; carpal tunnel waiting to happen. Not difficult, but time consuming, especially if you wish to make the 'threads' properly. Was a 'hit' in my house for husband's b'day. White cake (ball pan) with buttercream frosting.
