Big fish cake for my niece's birthday. She also had a smal 6x6 round fish cake just for her, but this one was for the guests. Box cakes - one yellow, one chocolate for the base, chocolate for the fish, carved to be shaped like a fish. Canned DC Whipped icing for alllll icing and decorations on cake. Gram crackers for sand. Chocolate for shells and little turtles, octopi, etc.
Stepdad saw a cake of an Arizona razorback on a website and said he bet I couldn't do it. So I made it for him for his birthday. Red Velvet and chocolate box cakes, DC Whipped icing from the can used for base frosting as well as all decorations.
