12" round vanilla with BC cake. First time doing flowers. It was for my neice. My SIL loved it. Thanks for looking - and thanks to all other First Communion cakes on CC for the inspiration.
12x16 cake cut in half for center of cake, then a 12x8 cut in half twice for the two sides. Thanks kakeladi for help with the dimensions. The cake is vanilla cake with BC. First time with cornelli. The middle was gold BC dusted with gold luster dust. Hard to see in picture. Also thanks to Lisa, I used her Easter cross cake as inspiration. Thanks for looking.
My son wanted his favorite scene from Cars on his cake. Figures it the scene with Frank chasing Mater and Lightning McQueen! This was a 9x13 cake with FBCT. I am happy to say he loved it and cut Frank right out of the middle for his piece! :) Thanks for looking.
Baby Shower Cake
My attempt at a clothes line baby shower cake. A last minute request for a co-worker. IT's a 9x13 choc/vanilla cake with BC frosting. Thanks to all other clothes line cakes who gave me the courage to give this a try. :)
This is a cake I did for a friend at work. I carved an 11x15 then frosted and covered in MMF. I used Rice Krispy Treats for the wheels and stopper. I was in such a rush that the picture I took still has the glob of MMF holding up the stopper :( Oh well I'll edit it later. Thanks to Doug for your stand diagram.
This is my attempt at a castle cake that I made for a 3yr old's birthday. Thank you so much delaware and cambo, your cakes were my inspiration. The cake is a 6" & 9" yellow cake with BC and fondant accents. I was looking for Disney dolls like on cambo's cake but could only find this baby Cinderella. Oh well - I hope they liked it. :)
22x16 sheet cake then a carved fenway park on top. All done in BC with fondant accents and Nerds for the people. Sorry about the photo - tried to edit out my kitchen table filled with kids toys!! Thanks for looking. - Almost forgot sorry - thanks to midialjoje for the inspiration. :)

Flip Flop Cake
