This was actually a very last minute cake done for my nephew, it wasn't till the night before that my SIL decided to cut a cake for my nephew on his bday (they'd had a duo party with my other nephew the week before). I had a wedding to go to the same day and somehow was able to ice and decorate in under 3 hrs.. fastest i've ever done. It was vanilla pound cake with vanilla buttercream filling covered in fondant. I got lucky my brother drew the background and covered it with contact paper for me.

I did this cake for a friend, her colors were red and white, it was a 6x3,8x3, and 10x3" tiered rum cake covered and decorated in fondant. It was a beach wedding, outdoors, and the monogram was supposed to be standing up, but the wind was too strong, so i laid it flat. I got the idea from an all white version of that cake i saw in a wedding magazine. TFL

It's a 8x4" and 4x4" cake covered in fondant with a lv print on the top tier and coach signature print on the bottom tier done with edible images. I had some bulging on the bottom tier because the cake had mousse inside.. it was a fancy dessert cake that i wouldn't usually cover in fondant, but its her fav. The cake is creme de cacao flavored chocolate cake with a milk chocolate swiss buttercream and a coffee mousse. TFL
