Thanks CC! I used two loaf pans, stacked and carved...buttercream and fondant accents...I have a lot of mistakes, but I learned a lot of things too.
Inspiration came from CC, thanks gals! Bottom 10" is devils food, 6" top is yellow. Covered in buttercream, fondant accents and toy barn and animals!
1/4 sheet, chocolate. All buttercream made for a friend having an open house at a little country store debuting things she was making.
1/3 sheet. Chocolate with buttercream and mmf accents (mermaid tail, coral, octopus). Thankyou to several people whom gave me ideas.

I made this for my brother's 30th bday. If I remember correctly it is a single layer 6" 8" 10".. Buttercream and some fondant accents including turtle, hunter, tent.. The rocks are milk duds!
1/4 sheet cake. Devils food w/ bcd icing. I got this order the day before it was due and he wanted something golf related. I got this idea off here from someone(sorry dont remember the name!). They seemed to love it.

This is now my favorite cake I have done. It was done for a friend at church. It is a 6" vanilla w/ buttercream dream icing. This was the first time I had made a fondant figure, I thought he turned out so cute!!

Made this out of left over cake to match the nascar cake I did for my nephews bday. I used a car cookie cutter to make the outline, then filled in with stars!
Did this for my sister's work cake walk. It is a devils food cake with buttercream dream icing and the pumpkins and leaves are MMF.

Inspiration came to me from Bjfranco(thankyou!) This has been the most time consuming cake I have done to date! It is a 10" french vanilla 6" devils food with buttercream dream icing (YUM) and MMF accented roads and traffic cones. My first time carving into cake and with mmf. Turned out pretty good IMO!
This is another picture before I packaged and decorated. I probably should have let colors dry before each decorations, because some of them ran a bit. It was so much fun though. My sister and moms(real and step) were thrilled to see them. My sister said she could hardly believe I did it. Looked store bought! I guess thats a compliment.
I was waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did. These were so easy to make and fun. I made for mom and sister. I learned how to correct my mistakes for the next time too! They are no fail sugar and Antonia74 icing.Thanks for looking!
